Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SocialAudit ("the Service"), operated by BigBalli Consulting ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

SocialAudit is a content-auditing tool that, with your explicit consent, accesses your own Facebook posts, photos, and videos and analyzes them to help you identify content that may pose a reputational risk. The Service surfaces flagged items so that you can review them and decide whether to edit or delete them on Facebook. SocialAudit does not modify, post, or delete content on your Facebook account on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You may only audit content belonging to the Facebook account you authenticate with. You may not use the Service to access, analyze, or monitor any other person's content.

4. Your Account and Facebook Authentication

• You access the Service by authenticating through Facebook Login (OAuth).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Facebook account.
• You may revoke SocialAudit's access at any time through your Facebook settings.
• You grant us permission to access only the data described in our Privacy Policy, and only for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Facebook's Platform Terms and Policies;
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users;
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal use;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

6. Credits and Payments

• Certain features require the purchase of credits. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
• Credits are non-transferable. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and our published refund practices.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by BigBalli Consulting and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own Facebook content. We claim no ownership over the content we analyze on your behalf.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Risk scores and analysis results are generated using automated tools and artificial intelligence, and are provided for informational purposes only. They may not be accurate or complete, and they do not constitute legal, professional, or reputational advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigBalli Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or reputation, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time (see our Data Deletion Instructions). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to BigBalli Consulting's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
